Bill and Talitha formed Individual Fitness Solutions in
1998. They wanted to provide an opportunity for individuals to
attain a better quality of life through improvement of their health and
fitness levels.
Individual
Fitness Solutions (IFS) provides
a facility that is friendly, intimate, professional and motivating.
All personal trainers are insured,
professionally certified, and/or hold a degree in a health or fitness
related field. We offer one-on-one & small group fitness training in
our fitness sudio, or your home. Training
sessions are by appointment to fit your schedule. This, together with
your desire to get healthy and fit, makes training with us a safe,
effective, efficient, and energizing way to get in the best shape of your
life.

the knowledge, motivation, and guidance that you need to be healthy and

Bill
and Talitha Helmling
Personal

Bill is a graduate of
The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology. He
has been providing personal training services since 1995. Bill has
been certified through The American Council on Exercise and is currently
certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a
Performance Enhancement Specialist. Bill has experience working
with Olympian, professional, college and high school athletes as well as
weekend warriors, sedentary individuals, and expecially
those who desire to improve their health and fitness level through
exercise.
Bill uses his fitness expertise,
exercise science, communication with medical professionals and peers to
develop effective and safe programs. Bill is an avid runner and has
completed many half-marathons, marathons and triathlons. During his
days off you can often find him running at Antrim Park
or spending time with his family. Bill enjoys working with
individuals who strive to make positive changes towards a healthier
lifestyle.
Talitha is a graduate of Kent
State University
with a degree from the School
of Physical Education
having a concentration in Human Movement Studies and a minor in Athletic
Training. She was a four year letter winner in Track and
Field where she participated as a heptathlete.
Talitha has been providing personal training
services for twelve years. She has been certified through The
American Council on Exercise as both a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle and
Weight Management Consultant. She is currently finishing her
requirements to become a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine
(ACSM). During her days off you might find her running, doing arts
and crafts with her three children or scrapbooking. Talitha enjoys providing the opportunity to help
individuals improve their health by way of mind, body and soul. Her
passion is to change the way people feel about themselves and their
bodies.

Bill
Waltenberger
Personal Trainer |

Bill Waltenberger earned his bachelor of Exercise Science degree
from Mount Union College.
He has been personal training for seven years and is certified as a
Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports
Science (NASM).
Bill started his interest in fitness
when he took up wrestling. 'You really learn a lot about yourself when
you push yourself to your limits both mentally and physically. I learned
to step out of my comfort zone which is where real change takes place.'
Bill tries to instill this philosophy into all of his clients. Bill's
clients learn to go our of their comfort zone to achieve their goals in a
safe, yet challenging way.
Bill likes to be the catalyst to
effect real change in people's lives.

Julie
Schoch
Personal Trainer |

Julie Schoch earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in
psychology from Saint Mary's College. After a full time career in
social work and time off to have children, Julie decided to combine her
love of fitness and her desire to work with people into a new career.
She has completed several marathons,
half marathons and triathlons. Julie is a certified weight management
Agent, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and ACE Certified Group Fitness
Instructor. She likes to work with people of all ages and enjoys
tailoring each program to the individual's abilities and goals. She likes
to push people to reach their full potential and move beyond where they
think they can go.
When not working, Julie enjoys
spending time with her husband and three children, running, playing
tennis and reading.

Lisa
Pricher
Personal Trainer |

Lisa Pricher is a graduate of the University of Maryland
with a degree in Government and Politics and Economics and a Masters
Degree from The George Washington University in Marketing and New
Business Planning for Health Services. She is a NCAA champion in
lacrosse.
After a full time career managing both
physician practices and ambulatory surgery centers, Lisa joined IFS to
pursue a part-time career and full-time passion for fitness.
Lisa is a certified Personal Trainer
through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Mad Dogg certified Spinning instructor, a Cyclops
certified Power Cycle instructor, and a YogaFit
certified yoga instructor.
Lisa enjoys challenging clients of all
abilities to exceed their own expectations through the pursuit of fitness
for their lifestyle.
When not training, Lisa spends time
with her husband and daughter, hiking, traveling, reading and enjoying
the outdoors.

Jason
Fox

Jason Fox is a
graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in
Exercise Science. Jason has a certification as a Health Fitness
Specialist from American
College of Sports
Medicine (ACSM). He has been working in the health and fitness field
since 2005. Jason has experience working with many different types of
fitness backgrounds, from young athletes and those concerned about
general fitness to individuals new to exercise and physical activity.
Jason enjoys using his fitness
expertise and background in exercise science to develop fun and effective
programs that will challenge and motivate those he works with. 'Jason
comes from the grand metropolis of Chillicothe
where he participated in track and cross-country. He enjoys anything and
everything related to exercise and fitness. Jason has completed many
half-marathons and marathons. Go Bucks!
